Ingredients
  

  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 3 cups strawberries, hulled
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup milk, low-fat
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt, low-fat
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Place the bananas, strawberries, honey, milk, yogurt, and ice cubes in a blender and puree until smooth.

Notes

you can play with the flavors by trying different kinds of honey or trying new fruit combinations.
